Ira is definitely one of your best technicians that we have ever dealt with. He has a great sense of humor and extremely polite. He was very timely and thorough even through the downpour. Our technician, Ethan, was prompt and professional. He was very thorough and went over everything about our unit in detail. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I made this appointment 6 weeks ago and that was the soonest I could get.
