Ethan and another Technician came out this morning to help us with multiple plumbing related issues. Both were extremely helpful and we came up with a plan to get our issues taken care of. They answered all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. They researched our issues in order to provide us with a numbers of "fixes" to choose from. They were honest and sincere. Email I sent to office after Brittany stated I could not cancel with her over the phone. Never got a response or follow up from management. Responded to confirm cancellation of maintenance program. A month later and I’m still being billed. Talked to Brittany again this morning and “she looking into it”. I let her know I have the email from her stating she cancelled the membership. Ethan Saghir was sent to diagnose and fix our air unit. He is very awesome, professional, and very informative about what he was doing. We have had great experiences with this company! Had Ira out for routine maintenance today and he did a wonderful job and explained everything about my system.
