Initially it was a great place to live in, but the property manager didn't respond to anything so it became a very unpleasant location to live in. It's taken me over 3 months to get my in unit dryer fixed and it's yet to be resolved.
Id like to give Property Manager Kendra a huge shout out for being the best Property Manager in the State of Indiana. There has never been a time in nearly 3 years that my request and concerns have went unanswered or unresolved in a timely manner. Property Managers like Kendra are what keeps people renewing their leases. I can truly say she's always been professional, understanding and engaging as a Property Manager. Thank you Kendra for all that you do. You are genuinely appreciated!
In the process of moving out - numerous issues with maintenance. Have not had a properly functioning dryer for over a month even after five attempts at fixing the issue, maintenance told me I was using it wrong. Allow for tenants to smoke marijuana on the premises without repercussions, while another tenant is throwing cat feces out their window into the grassy/sidewalk area outside the building.
