I’ve been going to Broad Ripple Family Dental since I was born and have always had a great experience. I’ve referred many to go there and I’ve only heard good things from them as well.
The staff members who work at the front desk are very unprofessional. At my first visit I sat in the waiting room listening to them talk very poorly about another employee. At the end of the visit they gave me 4 visits with the prices. They said vaguely we might do the first 2 visits together. It wasn't communicated that it was set in stone. I would have been fine combining the first 2 sessions but because I had some financial problems recently, i could only pay for the first session and I was willing schedule the rest any t... read more
I had a cleaning today and it was a great experience. I really like my hygienist and Dr Nam so great too. I appreciate how thorough they are.
