This is actually closed down. Had 2 places recommend this place and they had no idea that this was gone.

Dr. Michael Johnson collected $2500 for a psychological assessment for a relative and never completed it. Lied about its completion and delivery status. Seems to be a common scam for him. Kept telling my relative it was "almost finished" and told his attorney it had been emailed, but must have been caught in spam filters.
