disgusting do not solve tenants" problems Since we moved it has been difficulty after difficulty the building is disgusting the damaged doors no one gives reasonable answers. Don't invest your time here.

Brix on Bellview We have called Brix on Bellview home since 2010, when it was called Carmel Park throughout this time, the property has gone through many changes and while not all the changes have been for the best. The current manager Danielle and the two maintenance men Todd and Jesus have really turned things around. Terrible beware My review is so bad that it keeps getting rejected so I'll try again. I'll just say this....its dirty, the boilers dont work, maintenance requests are not handled, transients, poop all over the grounds, trash, no parking enforcement, broken exterior lighting, dumping ground for trash furniture, pics make it look pretty but its definitely not. Come and look around, and take a whiff inside the "secure" bldgs. Beware.
I hated coming home everyday I lived here. The problems that I personally had. •Dryer vents were not functioning well. My apartment/ hallway was always covered in a layer of lint,I lived on the same floor as laundry. • Homeless people staying/ sleeping in laundry room smoking weed. •Neighbor smoked weed all day everyday. My apartment always smell like weed even though I don’t smoke it. •Moved out in June and still haven’t seen a security deposit refunded. Very rude rental agent(s) I spoke with Nicole on the phone a few days ago and she was quite rude, short, and snippy with me. When I asked her questions she would reply in an irritated manner. Does not have the warmest phone etiquette you expect with a customer service/rental agent. I also had an appointment scheduled today at 1PM to view an apartment. Move in 6/2/18 Everything was roomy & perfect! Like the apartment very much! It was exactly as planned, Ms.Nicole & staff did our moving in smoothly! Have a nice view of the parking area, swimming area across the way, and the convenience of stores, and restaurants as well just a walk away from the apartment! Love ?? it! Complete slum I was told my apartment was all brand new cabinets floors appliances ect. All lies been here 7 months and still have no heater. I have over 100 emails promising repairs ect. Until Shawn took over I didn't even have a fridge that worked. Maintainence does their best and Shawn is about the residence. They charge you an extra electric gas and billing fees they can not prove are legit. Pool was open a few days this year and the fancy barbeque is not accessible to residence at all at anytime. Bed bugs and unresponsive management. The staff are very unresponsive to tenant requests. There are tons of street kids constantly hanging out in the parking lots. There is a massive bed bug problem that is not fully disclosed. Rent at your own risk.
Nice being on top Loved our third floor apartment, we did see a mouse twice but it was taken care of quickly when we notified wheelhouse, our downstairs neighbors were pretty terrible to say the least but we haven't heard them in a few months and you can't control that very well. pool was nice, staff were always helpful, and all in all a good experience. we rented a two bedroom and the bedrooms themselves weren't that big but it had a nice common area. Oh and plenty of storage space
