Respectful and kind. – Dr. Britz was certainly friendly with me, her waiting room was clean, and she was respectful and kind. What's most important, though, is the efficacy of the treatment---and I've seen many dermatologists who couldn't come close to her!
Bad people skills, bad service, bad attitude – HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE doctor. I went to her about a skin issue that I am very self conscious of, and she was very insensitive and rude. When I told her what was wrong and showed her, she looked at me as if I had AIDS or something. Also, she gave me an attitude and acted like I was wasting her time. She does not seem as though she knows what she is doing (or wants to at least). DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!
Kind and capable doctor – I have found Dr Britz to be kind, compassionate, and straightforward. She gives thorough and focused instructions, and listens to what I have to say. I have a friend who also goes to her and very much likes her. I would recommend her.
Awful personal interaction – My primary care referred me to Dr Britz to check on some moles. What i got was indifferent attitude bordering on condescension. I got the feeling from her that it was my fault for not getting the moles checked sooner and that i should somehow be punished for that. Maybe it was the argument between someone who was unable to pay their bill and the receptionist when i arrived that got her in a mood.
