Verified Renter Some parking issues, AC would be nice! But nice pool and gym area. Some of the neighbors are very nice, as well as the staff here. Overall okay community!
No parking! The apartments are nice but over priced. Also, there is no parking available after 5 at all. People have to resort to parking wherever they can find room. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
DONT DO IT PARKING SUCKS AND ITS SO OVERPRICED. You’d think that with how much they charge for your unit there would be security cameras at least but NOPE. Car got broken into with military gear in it and gear was stolen. Told complex immediately and they never fail to remind us that even though our checks got cut were still past due on our rent. Looks Can be Deceiving At first glance, Britton Place Apartments can appear very inviting with its chic leasing office and fitness center. The grounds are well maintained and the structures are aesthetically pleasing. The leasing agents will welcome you with a smile, offer you coffee or water and will "welcome [you] home"...until you sign your lease.
