Verified Renter Horrible the customer service is terrible in the parking spots are a nightmare. I think it’s super overpriced and I will not recommend the place. Actually I did a post about it in our military wives groups, so yeah, it’s terrible

Verified Renter Initial impressions are relatively positive. The application and leasing process was convenient and speedy. Office staff appear alert and responsive. Rental rate is competitive for the area, but that doesn't mean it's cheap by any stretch. That's post-Covid real estate for ya!

Verified Renter For me,the community is beautiful, clean,and welcoming, the neighbors are warm and nice. The apartment I'm in is very lovely, there are 2 bed rooms, sizes perfect for us, the kitchen space is good, comes with stove, fridge and a microwave, bathroom is spacious, and the living dining room area is great. Verified Renter So far as a new resident I feel very welcomed. The leasing staff were phenomenal and made the process super easy. I was able to receive a quick tour and set up everything I needed so I could move in without any issues. They were accommodating to my individual circumstances and are willing to work with you as much as possible.

Verified Renter The move-in process was easy and fast. It is a pleasure to work with the managers and live here. The apartments are clean and welcoming. The community is amazing, calm, and uplifting.
Verified Renter We recently moved here and overall I would say it is a great experience thus far. It's clean and the neighbors and staff are friendly. There are some issues with people not following the community rules but we can't blame the community for that.
