In the stressful time of COVID, staff did an excellent job of offering a friendly, helpful face, being open to changing reservation needs, keeping the equipment clean, and being efficient in moving through the many people who wanted to boat! Despite the rental location being extremely busy - and staff needing to complete extra steps to keep participants safe - employees did a great job of juggling everything with kindness and poise. Wonderful experience!

Easy to book and get your gear. Everything was sprayed with disinfectant before we used it and masks were required on shore, so very safe from COVID-19.
Everyone is really trying to keep the experience safe, and it is wonderful to be able to get out on the water so close to downtown.
