The staff were wonderful, attentive, and patient. I love my band . I was surprised with it at dinner. I loved the box too btw .

The staff here is truly amazing. I had a lot of difficulty with sizing my engagement ring and they were SO accommodating. They resized it three times for me in one week to make sure it was perfect after my fingers had some crazy fluctuation in swelling. Don't waste your time anywhere else. I seriously can't thank them enough!
I inherited two rings from my grandmother and looked all over Gainesville to see what I was in for as far as sizing up. Brittany was the more expensive, however my experience during the estimate was what won me over. There was a tiny issue that came up on their part, yet they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They've won me for any jewelry purchases in the future.
