Update Oct 2nd. Never fixed ac unit. Which means now we will be without heat all winter because the same wires that run the heating caught on fire . So we've been paying over 1400$ a month for an apartment for almost a year with no heat or air conditioning July 23rd 2025 . Still no Central Air and its been 58 days since anyone from apartment complex has returned our calls or emails. Nasty and outdated complex. maintenance team is lazy and takes forever to complete work orders. They don’t provide proper notice before entering your apartment home. And they took away our resident parking spots. The leasing manager, Andre is very unprofessional and harrasses women!
Worst apartments ever! The management is nonexistent they don’t answer phone calls. These apartments are super outdated. The complex is trashy. The speed sign has been on the ground for months. They have the word “gay” spray painted on trash cans and can’t spend five minutes covering it up with brown paint to make it look a little bit nicer.. Brittany Bay was a nice place to live until it wasn’t. My husband and I moved here 3 years ago and since living here, they have changed property management 5 times!! Staff is non reliable and impossible to get a hold of. Never answer the phones and when you try to go to the office they randomly lock the doors and you have to wait all day to talk to somebody. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I moved in and my garbage disposal is broken and can only use one side of the sink or water backs up and leaks out of the dishwasher in... read more
