On the 17th of July 2026 I had a 3:30 apart to take a tour, I even called ahead of time and someone answered the phone. I get there and no one is to be found and then one of the residents told me to go over to the office in the next complex because they are owed by the same company and once again no one was available and on the door the sign said Closed! After I drove up there for an hour and 45m this place is very unprofessional have a blessed day!

The pool has been broken for five years But it’s still included in the lease and rent charge. Parking is a nightmare. Many residents have three, four and five or more cars per apt. Many cars sit and never move, are broken down and have flat tires. Management changes frequently and slow to respond. Maintenance chooses what they want to fix. No central air.
My boyfriend lives in these apartments and hasn’t had AC in over a month, with the temperatures being well over 100 degrees inside and in the upper 90s outside. Management says they are on a long list to get the AC fixed, but this is starting to look like a legal matter!
