Do not come here.. my mother has been complaining about her neighbors making so much noise. The leasing people failed to address the issue. It is 2:41am and they’re purposely making noise. We asked them several times to respect the fact that they have neighbors. We filed police reports as well as contacted corporate, no response from cooperate. I posted a 2 star review because I genuinely love my apartment but the communication in the office and maintenance sucks! I put in a work order on December 4th and is the 20th and my work order hasn’t been completed and on my online portal they are completing the work order. My tub has been clogged for a month now and my smoke detector doesn’t work which is a safety hazard. I called and email the office and still no response.
I filled out an application paid the app fee and holding fee got denied and was told I had to wait a month to get my holding fee back it’s been almost two months still haven’t received my money the same woman who showed me the apartment and is always in the rental office keeps telling me the manager is not in and she can’t do anything to refund my money these apartments are owned or run by vinebrook homes had I known that upfront I would have never applied since I was already denied there a lot of games being played with thi... read more
I moved here September. I like it.
I can not wait to get out of here. This place lacks communication so bad. Their website never works, they actively make things harder than they need to be. Do NOT recommend
