Maintenance would not fix our garage for 3 months. We had cracks in our tub for about 6 months and it never got fixed although on the tickets we put in they said “done”. No one is ever in the office. Our packages have been stolen and they do absolutely nothing about it. They also took away assigned parking since no one was following it. Do not move here.
Update: Oc24th we are now without any heating and they refuse to come fix it. We have 2 toddlers that wake up freezing cold in the mornings Update Oct 2nd. Never fixed ac unit. Which means now we will be without heat all winter because the same wires that run the heating caught on fire . So we've been paying over 1400$ a month for an apartment for almost a year with no heat or air conditioning July 23rd 2025 . Still no Central Air and its been 58 days since anyone from apartment complex has returned our calls or emails. Imag... read more
Terrible management. The apartments themselves are extremely out dated. For months there’s been a huge pothole at the entrance and the cone was removed which is not good and will cause flat tires or worse. The speed sign has been lying on the ground, trash areas are filthy, vandalism all over our gated trash areas. People park their cars on the grass in front of their apartment where there aren’t any spots.
