Highly recommended. They were on-time, professional, and did excellent work for a competitive price. I would hire British Remodeling for any other remodeling or painting work I need done. They really are the best contractors I've ever used. Give these guys a chance, and I bet they'll impress you.
The contractor came by and he faced my cabinets. The only issue i have with him is he has yet to send me a receipt on the money we paid him to fix the cabinets. I called him several times. He doesn't do very well with communication but as far as work he does do a pretty good job.
British Remodeling did an fantastic job, was extremely polite and professional. Trevor and his team sequenced the phases of the job in the proper order. He even suggested a way, which reduced the project cost, to save our brand new stone walk way from a horrible disfigurement by coming at the issue from the inside (no other contractor did). I was pleased with the work British Remodeling did on my home. I had two doors & two storm doors installed. Another company gave me a lower quote but the work would have only been a cosmetic fix to the problem of my rotten doorframes; Trevor explained to me what would work to actually fix the problem and installed products that will not cause the problem to re-occur. Polite, reliable. Did a good job replacing water-damaged dry wall in bathroom ceiling.
The work was done well and quickly, but the price was WAY too high. Unfortunately, he failed to call me prior to completing the work and instead let my renters make decisions that led to the high price. To his credit, he let me set up a payment plan after the job was completed and communicated well with me.
My experience with British Remodeling was great. I sent an e-mail and was contacted within 30 minutes. After explaining my problem I was given a quote and a date was agreed upon for the services that I required. The technicians arrived on that date and did a walk through of the areas I needed repaired. We settled on the best solution for my problems and it was all taken care of within a very short time. They did an excellent, professional job overall in a total bathroom remodel. They worked efficiently, even during a few really hot days with no air conditioning available in the small space.Cleaned up along the way, and always kept me up to date on what would be happening next, The cost was as stated on the estimate, no additional fees. Came back immediately when I reported one minor problem. I plan to use them again.
