Trevor answered my initial email by phoning within a couple hours. He came out to do the estimate at 8am the very next morning. Told us our options for repairing or completing replacing the shower surround. We chose to replace it and make upgrades to the shower faucet while the wall was open. He installed concrete board in place of the builder installed and damaged wall board. He drove from Reston to Springfield and Manassas to match the tiles remaining in the bath. I would readily recommend British Remodeling to anyone looking for carpentry work. They were timely (very important to me), knowledgeable and very professional. I was impressed with the quality of work they performed, the time it took to complete the job, and how they cleaned up upon completion.
Trevor and Gary did a great job. It started when I first spoke to them about what we needed to have done (recaulk the shower and tub and fix several places where we had holes in our walls). Trevor gave me the confidence that they could do the job quickly and correctly and he came through. Trevor were wonderful to deal with. Our shower area looks like new! They came on time and finished in the estimated time period.
Very knowledgable, pro-active and profesional. Was will ing to work around the schedules of my staff to ensure our business was not impacted. I really liked the fact that trevor called the day after they had finished the work to make sure I was satisfied. I am going to hire them again for both personal and business handyman needs.
Trevor and his crew did a great job fixing up my apartment---installing doors, shelves, replacing water damaged trim in the bathroom and water damaged drywall in the hallway. As well, Trevor is a trained electrician so he changed out my electrical panel and fixed loose electrical outlets. Work was done quickly and efficiently...I'd recommend Trevor to anyone who needs carpentry or electrical work done.
The guys at British Remodeling were very professional, helpful, and they did a great job with the grouting I needed for my bathtub. They went the extra mile and did the wall tile as well.
