Been coming here for years now, and always get the high packages cause they did a good job. Leather detail and the wax buff outside. Very clean and smelled good. But now it’s been twice I’ve been and it’s done in less than 40min. Buff I’ve noticed he didn’t even do the whole truck and found crumbs still in the seats. They even left the wax on the black of the truck and left a white stain. I noticed new employees, maybe some retraining. Paying $140 for this kind of work ethic, you’ve lost my business.
i paid for the inside of my car to get cleaned and my windshield was still dirty and there was a bunch of bubbles around my center console as if it wasnt wiped down properly so i had to ask for a towel to clean it myself. why did i pay extra just to have to end up doing it myself. and this was not the first time. would not recommend or go back.
