RecommendedI love the area. all of the staff is very nice and stays on top of things. Having a pool is nice in the summer too. Just wish the laundry situation was a little better. I always have to go to the laundromat instead
We moved into what Britain Towne Apartments, ( the " Townhouse" ) model. It was filthy, the managment obviouslly did not inspect for dirty carpet, spiders everyplace, falling apart kitchen cabinets, Neeed I say more.We had flooding when pipes behind the toilets and the washer came undone.All maintainance did was pull up the carpet and put huge loud fans underneith to dry it, LOUD for 24/7, The result...mold grew under the carpet in the padding.
