Dr.Makres is an amazing Dr I wouldn't trust any other Dr with my 3children! I love everything about him and his amazing staff....He and Dr.Hommel and Nancy are the best I am blessed to be able to have such great DR's to care for my precious children!Big thank you for all you do and have done and will continue to do for my family!!!!
First off, they made me pay at least $125 toward my balance before they would see me. When I go to my normal doctor, I NEVER have to pay more than my $25 copay regardless of the balance. Second, there were at least 10 people who showed up AFTER me that got back before they called me back. I thought Urgent care was first come, first serve!!! Third, I think I got the wrong diagnosis. They said I had a "virus". I think I have something WORSE than a "virus". Staff at least was friendly or I'd give negative stars if I could.
Amazing how they decided to close at 6am, Couldn't you at least call your afternoon patients to reschedule? That is the job of the office manager, isn't it? To run the office? Funny how the elderly patients can make it but NONE of the staff can. Roads are clear now. Even your parking lot has been scraped. Oh, and thanks for the lab and CT results that we had to get from our regular MD.

Dr. Platzer is the best!!! He listens and truly cares about his patients. I wish I had become a patient sooner!!
This practice really goes the extra mile to schedule appointments quickly when a child is sick, and they also have weekend hours. The entire staff is helpful, caring, and also efficient. We have never had a very long wait. Another thing I appreciate about this office is how they are consistently training medical students, so that the next generation of doctors can benefit from Dr. Makres' and Dr. Hommel's experience. Excellent all around!
Worst doctors office in bristol. Office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Building is nasty and quite honestly Dr. Makers is awful. I would never suggest anyone take their children there due to my past experience with them. There was one time that the office staff refused to make an appointment for my 3 month old sick son because they couldn't figure out his tenncare... I say again, the office staff is awful! DON'T GO HERE!!!
