Look. I don't know who is in charge there now. Seems like it changes every month. I started my lease with David but I've lived here for almost 4 years now. The last 2 months they have costed me nearly $400 in fees I've never had a problem with. Whether it be someone’s dog feces or my car getting randomly towed.
