Had no problems with Mr Ross he is a great doctor. I was instructed by Edd to see Mr Ross no problems. Thank you dr. Ross.
Doctor Ross fixed my shoulder years ago and had no issues until i took a bad fall week ago. There is no question i must see him again providing he takes my health insurance. He will always be my first choice. Damn good doctor.
Cynthia who answers the phone at this office is very Rude and impatient. She has poor customer service skills , and is unprofessional. If this is an example of how this office is ran , I feel sorry for the people have to go there. Unacceptable!
Dr Ross tried to limit the scope of my work injuries and was very condescending every appointment. He refused to acknowledge symptoms and pain. Out of pain and frustration, I paid out of pocket for MRIs and he tried to refute them saying that MRI reports are not diagnosis unless an ortho verifies. Waited over an hour for a less than 3 minute exam. Had to argue for restrictions with him telling me I had nothing for him to treat.
