We are not happy with the services we are currently receiving from this hospice. Completely clueless LVN coming to look at our mother and making judgments with no examination. He is telling us our mother is in transition without giving us any explanation why. It seems like he comes in and can’t wait to leave. Our complaints seem to falI to deaf ears. I will continue to make reviews as we have to endure this difficult time with this substandard organization. It is too late to change now.

Me and my family received excellent care from hospice for my mother Lei. We highly recommend to use Bristol they have done an outstanding job taking care of my mother who has recently passed. Bristol Hospice was recommended by the hospital. This is the first time I have had a family member in hospice. The team they have is outstanding from Diego the coordinator, Dora the CNA and Edward the nurse. They showed compassion and were available 24/7 to answer my questions or concerns. Thanks to their care my dad transitioned peacefully surrounded by loved ones.
