Very understanding and caring staff. They helped my loved one thru her final days and I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you for what you do.
I requested a bed bath several times and was told someone was coming out but no one did. Also the care package was given 4 days into services and the patient was yelling in pain.
Very respectful and understanding staff. Our loved one was at peace days leading up to her final moments. I very much recommended Bristol.
Our family and two caregivers take 24 hour care of our dad and after he returned home from the hospital Bristol Hospice was there a few days later. No one contacted his family, his caregivers about when they were coming. No discussion on his memory or what the family had been experiencing or why he was even in the hospital. They set up a meeting had my dad sign all documents and papers on a tablet and left no hardcopy for anyone to go over with him.
