Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Right down to security. The facility was alway clean. The cafeteria had good food options and the coffee is fresh and hot. They made a hard process much easier. We had wonderful staff. The nurses kept us informed and explained everything. Two medical assistants Patrick and Domingas (Sorry if spelt wrong) went above and beyond making sure mom and the family were always comfortable. They are keepers and deserve a raise. I can’t thank them all enough.
