From the beginning to the end, every single nurse, Danielle the home health aide, Marcia the social worker to Michael the Chaplin were all amazing! We will forever be grateful for the support and love that we received from all of you! Thank you, from Roy, Maria and family! I cannot forget Luciana John’s and Lori, for all that you both did as well!

I want to give a special thank you to the hospice liaison, Luciana Johns, at Bristol Hospice. After hearing about a family’s long travel time to visit their son and brother, she immediately began calling local nursing homes. She arranged a transfer within just a few days — reducing their travel time from 1½ hours to 30 minutes. She showed such compassion, kindness, and dedication during a very difficult time. Star and Carolyn were excellent. Then, I met N.P. Sue. At best, she is horrible, horrendous, loud, inappropriate, and made my moms passing chaotic, and quite frankly, disturbing. She continued in this fashion even though she was asked to have some respect for my mom. I believe her comment was " what?, she knows she is dying!" She stole the last 6, of what should have been peaceful, hours of our time with her. We can never get that time back! I pray no one ever has this experience.
