My father was in their care for less than 24 hours. When he passed, his body was moved prematurely to the wrong funeral home, and we were charged to transfer his body to the desired location. I was the additional point of contact yet never received notification of his death. My mother was distraught upon the news of his death and couldn’t remember the name of the funeral home, so rather than trying to contact me, they just went ahead and transported him. The entire process seemed like a money grab, pure and simple.
Very caring nurse. She spent time with us on several occasions explaining each stage that our loved ones was at. I highly recommend this service.
