Andrea with the Austin location is fantastic! I am with a SNF in the area and she has been great with our residents and patients. I met Andrea few years ago through hospice for a resident. She was amazing and family were very happy and satisfied with the services provided. She is always there for the family and resident when they need her. She educates the family and support them. She listens to their fears or happy memories without judgement. The team members are awesome. They really value the care that they give their residents. The one team member that stands out is TJ Guzman. He really enjoys interacting with the community and you can see it every time he visits.
My experience with Bristol hospice was wonderful. Our liaison, TJ, went above and beyond to make sure that communication was smooth and needs were met. The team was focused on comfort and care with pt. The hospice team made sure family’s wishes were met. Would recommend!
