moving into our 3rd apartment since we have been here 15 yrs.... love the staff who is always so helpful and the parties are always fun
Nice location and selection of floorplans My husband and I considered leasing from Bristol Club and would almost certainly have if not for the rent spike. The apartment we looked at was a reasonable price the first time, then a month later was 40% more expensive thanks to a "change" in the market value. Overall, the complex is very nice and the leasing staff is friendly; however, if you're considering living in an apartment for more than a year, be warned that prices might skyrocket when renewal time comes around.
