Nice location and selection of floorplans My husband and I considered leasing from Bristol Club and would almost certainly have if not for the rent spike. The apartment we looked at was a reasonable price the first time, then a month later was 40% more expensive thanks to a "change" in the market value. Overall, the complex is very nice and the leasing staff is friendly; however, if you're considering living in an apartment for more than a year, be warned that prices might skyrocket when renewal time comes around. I have lived here for several years and have nothing but positive things to say about Bristol... The maintenance staff is attentive and timely, the social events are really fun, and the office staff is very easy to work with!
This is wonderful place to call home!! The team here at Bristol were so helpful and patient explaining the rental process in the USA to me. They made the move over the USA from Ireland much easier. The residents events are fantastic way to meet your neighbors and I now have a fantastic group of friends thanks to Karen!! Looking forward to spending another year here! :-)

I have been living at Bristol Club for over a year now and was happy to renew my lease. The office staff are great, maintenance is quick and gets the job done and they have lots of fun community events (some adults only, some family friendly and some geared towards the littles) The office is open early/late for package pick up which is nice with my ever changing work schedule. Location is prime as well, super close to the highway and to downtown DG and cost wise for what you get is very comparable to other apartments nearby.... read more

We lived here before and we're back again. The maintenance is good and they have parties for adults only, some where children are included and some for children only. They provide the food and drinks at these parties. It is centrally located to a lot of things. The employees here are nice.

I do not live at Bristol Club but I can tell how wonderful their staff and management company are. A friend and I were organizing supplies to be sent to victims of Hurricane Harvey and I reached out to their management company to see if they had anything they wanted to donate. The wonderful staff at Bristol Club helped organize TONS of supplies and in just TWO DAYS! They are an amazing team with beautiful hearts. Thank you!!!
