I took my 2019 Silverado in to have the windshield tinted, and they charged me $80—a price I thought was fair. However, while using a heat gun, they scorched the leather on the passenger seat; I didn't notice it until after I had left the shop. I went back immediately, but they were already closed—it was just past 6:00 PM. I was extremely frustrated by their negligence. At the very least, they should have told me what happened instead of keeping quiet. Heads up! Check your seats carefully before leaving the shop
