Management at Bristol Arms in Madison Wisconsin Jamie she's very racist and she will repay the damage that she done to my personal property. I would not recommend renting from this management company at all. They have high turnover for their property managers. The tenants are never kept in the loop on who the new property manger is so you don't know who to contact. They also do not maintain the property at all. Garbage is thrown all over the parking lots and in the yard by the building. They also do not care about your well being as a tenant and they do not work with you when issues arise. Jamie Dunne is the landlord for Bristol Arms and is, in my experience, one of the WORST landlords to be renting from.
