I lived on this property for 9 months exactly. WORST community ever. $300-$400 electric bills for a 1000 square foot apartment is ridiculous. Was told by management that “this is normal”. No insulation in walls or windows. The noise level and living next to Frankford road was the absolute worst. There needs to be big changes made at this property

Its over 100 degrees outside and my apartment is 90 but my air has been running all day This has happened quite a few times and maintenance has look at it but same thing still happens The air never shuts off because it doesn't reach the temp that you set it for So you can imagine my utility bill It's ridiculous
