Dr. Dotson is the best vet in the tri cities. Hands down. Very knowledgeable, compassionate with animals, and services are as affordable as it gets. I'll go to no other vet.

His care could not be compared to another.....his love for animals is truely sincere. .....we are lucky for he and his staff and all their genuine care for our babies. DR STEVE IS THE MOST CARING VET EVER! HE HAS GOT MY SCHNAUZER NOAH THROUGH SOME VERY ROUGH ILLNESSES. HE AND HIS STAFF ARE A W S O M E!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD A VET THAT HAS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO CARE FOR MY BABIES THE WAY HE HAS. HE IS ONE OF A KIND. THE VERY BEST!!
