Dr. Dotson is the best in the area. He has gone above and beyond to care for my mother's dog. I have been so grateful for him! He is so caring with his clients and their animals. I would recommend him to anyone.

Honestly, the best veterinarian in the whole Tri-Cities! This man is very passionate for all animals and he doesn't care about the money, he cares about the pets and getting them better! He texted me first thing this morning checking on Kila, now how many veterinarians would take the time out of their very busy schedule to do that! Dr. Dotson went above and beyond to take care of our Lilly. He is the most compassionate vet I have ever met. He is a wonderful person to care for your fur babies.
They have always been wonderful with our pets! Dr Dotson plays with the pets that's what makes him even better!
Dr. Dotson is the best! He was genuinely caring and concerned about my puppy and persistent about finding the problem! He did surgery and saved her life. He definitely goes above and beyond--answered text messages I sent about my puppy and even took her home with him after hours to give her IVs or just to keep an eye on her!!! What other vets do that???? WOW
