Based on the conditions at Flats on 12th, at minimum Bristile should be fired as property managers. It would be more appropriate for them to be sued by tenants suffering from exposure to black mold. Bristile = Greedy Thieves
In May, 2019 we signed a generic document that stated the monthly rent we would be charged. The leasing agent later ******-out the price and raise it by $100.00 without our knowledge (documentation available). When confronted, she refused to admit to changing the price. After further discussion she admitted that she had altered the document at the direction of her manager. These actions were very deceitful and dishonest and the monthly rate was well above what was listed on Bristile's website.During the move-in walkthrough t... read more
