The customer service here has some serious issues, and it's not even the representatives who talk with you on the phone, I've been on the phone for three hours today working on getting a medicine I've been taking for 6 months because they can't keep any of my information on file or up to date.

Could not recommend them less. Don’t rely on them for anything you truly need. It’s not an insurance issue, they just can’t seem to get it together, and you have to remind them to send you refills or supplies for infusions with no help from home health nurses. Use literally anyone else that your insurance will pay.
