Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Brio. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. Tina, Javier, and Cedric are good people. Yes, the common walkways need more cleaning, but I love the two elevators on each side and easy access through call boxes. Yeah, I had a semi-functional washing machine for the last few months, but overall, that was minor in comparison to the overall stay. Service is quick and timely.

I’m reaching out to all pet owners in our community with a sincere request: please do not allow your dogs to use the shared areas of our complex as a toilet. If you choose to have a dog, it is your responsibility to take them to designated dog parks or appropriate outdoor areas — not the courtyard, and certainly not the hallways. We all live here.
