Antonio was great and quickly fixed a leak we were having. My 5 star review is for Antonio and the maintenance team only. They have been the only highlight of living at Brio.
Fast and great responses
My move-in date was canceled two days before I was supposed to move in. I had signed my lease almost three weeks before moving, paid the full deposit fee, signed up for PG&E, renters insurance and responded to the constant requests for onboarding tasks. The leasing office calls me two days before my move-in date to let me know that the current tenant “doesn’t want to move out until later“.
