Nick, one of the leasing members at Brio, helped us out every step of the way and truly went above and beyond. He showed us four different apartments, made the process simple, and worked hard to accommodate exactly what we were looking for. I’ve been very frustrated with the management at The Brio regarding the EV chargers. All four chargers in the garage have been unusable on my vehicle since June 19th due to broken latch clips. That’s now more than two months (64 days) without a working charger. I submitted multiple maintenance requests, but there has been no progress nor timeline for repair. As someone who relies on these chargers for my car, this has created a significant disruption.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Brio. The pros definitely outweigh the cons. Tina, Javier, and Cedric are good people. Yes, the common walkways need more cleaning, but I love the two elevators on each side and easy access through call boxes. Yeah, I had a semi-functional washing machine for the last few months, but overall, that was minor in comparison to the overall stay. Service is quick and timely.
