I am a previous tenant and was trying to retrieve a package that was misdelivered to brio. This leasing office has the worst customer service team. They were no help in assisting me to retrieve my package. I called everyday for a week and after three weeks they followed up with me that the resident had my package. Just moved in and Ellias has been very helpful throughout the move in process! He has been prompt in answering questions we have and assisting in finding solutions quickly and effectively. Signed lease for new apartment. 1 month before our move in date we get a text msg from Brio letting us know that the apt is no longer available. We had already given notice at our current place. Let me say that again, they text us to let us know we would have no place to move-in to and offered no restitution Not just disappointing, we are now scrambling to find a new home or we’ll be homeless in 30 days
