This is one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. Management is incompetent, and the living conditions are unacceptable. The fire alarms go off randomly in the middle of the night with no real explanation or permanent fix. This has happened multiple times and shows a complete lack of concern for residents’ safety and sleep. The fire alarm has gone off 2 times in row at 6 am. It goes off at least every month and is sooo loud. The fire panel is obviously not fixed like they have claimed multiple times or they need to install cameras to catch whoever is setting it off
Management can’t properly address a broken fire alarm. I’m writing this after being awoken for the 2nd time in 3 nights by a faulty fire alarm. This is after a carefully worded message was sent to all residents assuring that the alarm was fixed and we have nothing to worry about. Worst part, these disturbances completely downplay an actual emergency.
Migraine and feeling unwell for the entire day are guaranteed. A fire safety malfunction and a siren at 4 a.m. The kids are crying and scared. It’s disgusting
