RecommendedI’ve been a Palmera resident for a few years now and still enjoy living here. This community is conveniently located with beautiful landscape. Their maintenance crew is commendable. Office management and staff are professional, welcoming, friendly and pleasant. Amenities are an asset; include a gym, sea salt swimming pool, walking trail, security gates and optional trash pick up. We have had some fun activities and parties for both adult and children residents during the year. It feels like home!
RecommendedAs a five year resident of Palmera, I can't say enough wonderful things about this community. From the exceptional maintenance crew to the wonderful office associates, I am a very happy resident! The community is beautiful, quiet and safe. Palmera is by far the best community in which I've ever lived. And rest assured, if you have any issues, you have an amazing crew to help you! Wonderful!
RecommendedPalmera is by far the most FABULOUS place to live!! The staff is great,the landscape is AMAZING and it feels great to pull up to our place everyday!! RecommendedBeautiful spacey apartments in a great location. Great waking trail, awesome amenities including the salt water pool, tennis court, and excellent 24/7 gym! Palmera has the most attentive and supportive staff, my dog definitely loves his daily treats at the leasing office 😁

RecommendedIt has been a while since I’ve lived in an apartment, so I was super picky when looking. I absolutely chose the right place in Kendal. I love the apartment, the pool, the grounds are immaculate and the staff is always so helpful and pleasant and really make you feel like you are a part of a community! I love it here!
RecommendedWe absolutely love living here! We never hear our neighbors, and they have young children, so one would expect to at least, occasionally hear something, but nope! Never. Everyone we have met throughout the community has been nice and polite. The office staff is the best! They are all so kind and helpful. The maintenance guys are awesome. They do a great job making sure everything is kept up and fixed promptly. I highly recommend Kendal on Taylorsville!
RecommendedWe have been here a couple months and are really happy with our decision to move into this apartment complex. The staff is all very nice and very helpful and the apartments are maintained well. We have had maintenance come out a couple times and they have always been very nice and very quick. The pool is awesome! And my son loves the playground here. Not to mention we love the location. And one more thing to mention is the lack of noise from neighbors. RecommendedWe moved into the Kendal apartments in May, and have loved every part of it! The staff are extremely accommodating- from the maintenance crew to the sweet ladies in the front office. They welcomed us and have made us feel like part of the community from day 1. I’ve utilized the emergency maintenance line once, as I locked myself out of the apartment with my dog inside.
