Well run by professionals who know their stuff. They're friendly and knowledgeable and always ready to help with any assistance needed. Maintenance is the best I've seen anywhere.
After living in several different apartment communities in the area, I chose Brinley Place as my home. I couldn't be more pleased with how the past 2 years have gone! Management is so kind and welcoming, always ready to stop and chat when they are out and about. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds very well kept. Maintenance is quick and helpful. Brinley Place is a quiet community only minutes away from the base. The staff is amazing. Brinley Place is Conveniently located only minutes from the mall and other stores. I've lived here an entire year and just renewed my lease for another year. This complex is also pet friendly.
Very personable and professional staff, great location, beautiful apartments!
