RecommendedJust finished up a year lease at Palmera....Had a great experience! Great staff...never had a problem that wasn’t fixed asap. The other tenants were great as well...good mix of people. Highly recommend!
RecommendedI lived in this community for a little over year. Although the staff was amazingly kind, I can’t say the same for some of my neighbors who saw it necessary to plaster the “N” word on the hallway wall right below our unit. Very cowardly. The staff was in tears offering apologies. Aside of that experience, Palmera was good to us! 🙏🏾💞

RecommendedLove the high ceilings.....really nice appliances......fixtures..crown moulding. Maintenance team great and fix things quickly Beautiful clubhouse with very nice exercise equipment and gathering area........Friendly management.......
