Worst service ever, I canceled my account over a year ago, they kept charging me for a service that they haven't provide and when I called them they still want me to pay for some new invoices when they were not watching my home for long time ago!!! Worst service and company ever!!!!!
Where to start stay clear if I could give zero I would. I called 9/30 spoke with Chevy went through whole credit app agreed to the terms. Of 49.99 per month to monitor and 39.99 per month to pay off equipment. Signed the contract. Install 10/2 on 10/3 my credit card was charged 1541.75 by brinks. I called first thing in morning asking why and it was a error. They stated they would credit the monies back. Then later called and said they would not.
