They are a scam. They sell a system that barely works, then make you pay a service fee just to change the batteries on a hard-wired system. They didn’t even tell me that I couldn’t change the batteries myself and told me the batteries I needed to get for my system. They were wrong and didn’t even know based on their records that I can’t change my own batteries. They offered a discounted rate to have a service tech come and change my batteries for $75. They newer show up once installed every thing on call if somethings happens wrong or broken they try to solve over phone by unprofessional staff, Dont waste your time and money in this company. Charges more if you cancel your eft payment..

Total ripoff and lock you in to long term contracts that you have to buy out at full price if you want to cancel. Waste of money. Never use them.
