Excellent I have been looking ALL OVER Salem for a black all wood gathering table! No one had any in stock, "we have to order it and it will take 2-3 weeks" was all I heard. Every place I went was horrible customer service and rude sales people. I walked in to Bring it Home Furniture on Lancaster Drive in Salem and within 10 minutes purchased and walked out with my new gorgeous table!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Jose for your excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bed took much longer to ship than promised I was in a hurry with this order and specifically asked the seller to cancel my order in case if this bed is not available for immediate shipping. The seller called me on the phone and promised to deliver the bed by January 6th. In reality the bed was not even shipped until January 25th, and it took multiple reminders from me to keep it going. I felt that this seller takes his promises very easy and does not care about customer satisfaction.

Cant get an eta on delivery Ordered a table and they said it would take 2 weeks. Their web site said it was in stock. 2 weeks pass I give them a call and they said they would call me back. No one does. I call again and they said they would call me back. They finally call me and tell me they can't get a hold of the warehouse and it could be another 4 weeks because it might be on back order!! WTF!!I canceled my order! I'm done with them!

the worst place to go This place has the worst costomer service i have ever experienced in my life. We ordered a bed, it took forever and we ending up finding something much nicer and cheaper from ashleys (not made from press board) We tryed talking to them to tell them we were not happy with their service. and it was obvious that they DO NOT care about you as a customer or a person. Terrible service by owner! We orderred 2 stools advertised on sale from this company to get in plenty of time for Thanksgiving. On Nov.14 we were advised the stools would not ship until Nov 28th. When we did not recieve them we contacted the owner Sean Dugger on Dec 4th and requested a status update. On Dec. 6th he replied that he would let us know the next day yet we heard nothing until we contacted him again on Dec 9th and he informed us the product would ship out on Dec. 19th.
