FRAUD NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. AFTER JUST PURCHASING A TWIN BED WITH TWIN MATTRESS WITH MY DEBIT CARD. CALLED TWO HOURS LATER CALLED TO CANCEL DUE TO FINDING A BETTER DEAL. AFTER THEM HAVING THE BED AND MATTRESS IN THE WAREHOUSE WAS ADVISED CAN CANCEL ORDER BUT WOULD CHARGE 60% OF THE TOTAL AMOUT OF PURCHASE PRICE. STORE MANAGER ADVISED COULD LOWER FEE TO 50.00 DOLLARS. THIS HAPPENED SATURDAY IT IS NOW THURSDAY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. STORE MANAGER STATES HE HAS NOT HAD TIME TO WRITE OUT THE COMPANY CHECK.
Camilla bed msrp $1289 bought for $799 I had read all the reviews on here so I was extremely skeptical if I would receive my piece of furniture I ordered. I had first called them to make sure it was in stock. They called me back and said that they had it at another warehouse. Listen to everyone else's review! So I found a piece of furniture I was shopping around for on this website. I saw the other bad reviews and almost didn't buy it, but it was the best price so I went for it anyway. Mistake, the exact same thing happened to me as the other reviewers. It showed it as "in stock," but days later I recieved an email telling me it was not in stock and they had cancelled my order. Not a huge deal, but did end up being a waste of my time. AVOID AT ALL COST This place charged my card, told me it was being shipped, and 2 days later told me it was out of stock. I went back to the website, and sure enough IN STOCK only now they had raised the price 100+$. SAVE your money, and yourself from a headache and buy locally. This place is a joke.
I was happy.... My husband and I were looking all over for a new mattress set, and saw their sign for a queen pillow top $250. The store was not yet open (Apparently you cant buy a bed before 11am) anyway, as My husband and I were pulling out of the parking lot one of the employees opened the store for us (before opening time) we asked about the $250 queen pillow top the man showed us and then left us alone, we browsed through the store for a good hour laying on the various mattresses after finally finding one. Would not recommend to buy from this place. False advertisement and never delivery. False advertisement and never delivery. Don't know why they are in business as they dont deliver. Don't believe their web when it says it's in stock. Stay away if you want to avoid any pain and suffering.
Would never recommend!! We were told our bed was being shipped on 3 different occasions and wasn't actually shipped until I called to complain ( in which when the customer service rep finally called and I could hardly hear her with her screaming baby in the background). It took over a month to get our purchase which ended up being damaged. THis issue hasn't been resolved but will update.

Horrible service and slow order processing... Ordered from their website and it says "orders processed in 24-48 hours". So I spend $499 and a week later...nothing. No call from the shipping company no call from them no email or any other written respondence except a mass email with misc info that they send by default to all online orderers.
