Smoked albacore tuna (peppered and non-peppered) is awesome! Smoked salmon has the best taste and texture I've ever had. Seriously, if you like smoked fish at all, you HAVE to try this place!
Guests brought us your Grand Champion BBQ-Smoked Atlantic Salmon, and now I have to figure out how to get it regularly in the BVI. Seriously- it was THE BEST smoked salmon I've ever had. THANK YOU for making such a great product! I'll be craving it until I can have some more. :)
