They have the best smoked salmon- hands down!
I've getting my salmon smoked here for the past four years. They always do a great job. Once it's smoked, it all gets ett. No more salmon waisting away in the freezer.
Jay and company always do such a great job. The best quality fish and the best hands down at their processing of it. Salmon is always good but love the smoked tuna, regular and peppered, just as much!
