I recommend Dr. Brinegar for any and all dentistry needs. He can be very patient and most of all a perfectionist. My dental needs are meet to a high standard. Any of my concerns are handled with care or compassion. Sticking with my dental plan is a plan brought together. I don't have to hesitate with any questions. The staff is also professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go any where else!
