I am at the JFK location. I have been waiting to be seated for twenty minutes. I am staring at a restaurant that has 2/3ds capacity. I finally am seated at the bar and I am being ignored by the bar tender. this restaurant should be shutdown, until they learn a bit about operations management. Sooooo Baaaaaad!!!

My husband & I went because we had heard about the burger on Food Network, it lived up to every word & truly was the best burger I've ever had!!!!!
Saw it on food network a couple times and finally made it down. Didn’t disappoint. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better burger in NYC or anywhere. People working there were super polite. Would love to go back
