Reception/admin staff were doing their jobs proper. You have to enter from the front entrance where the big sign 「Brimley Medical Centre」 is, not at the side door.
If you are sick and goes to this clinic, you will be sicker the attitude of the receptionist will already be making you half dead, before even you see the doctor, the waiting person will fully kill you 😡. Avoid this clinic and go to the hospital. I don't know why this place still exists.
