My fianc and I are located about half an hour away from Brilliant Earth in Georgetown. My ring was approximately $5,000. A few months after wearing my ring I noticed a small diamond on the halo was missing so we took it in, paid $150 for the repair, and received it back about a month later. On April 1st of this year I noticed another diamond was loose but hadn't fallen out yet so we took it in for the second time for repairs and again paid $150. April 12, 2022 I visited the ** showroom and placed the order at the time of our visit . I received a confirmation email later that day and saw my order was incorrect. (Wrong metal and wrong stone) I called the next day to correct and was advised there was a glitch in the system and I was supposed to get a confirmation email for the changes. Awful experience with this company. I bought an engagement ring from them. They had fraudulent GIA ******* paper work. When I questioned them, their customer service representative was upset that I didnt take their word for it that the ******* was real. She went on to say that they sell to millions of people and that they have a good reputation. She didnt seem to grasp that the phony paper work made me lose any confidence I had in their reputation. Called about a special order for a wedding ring and it was supposed to be delivered the day before I was getting married after I was told physically over the phone that it will be there on the 18yh. Do not use this company! I have ordered a engagement ring on 2/3 and wired them payment. My delivery date was to be 2/18. 2/18 came and nothing was delivered. I was then told it was coming on the 21st, after that did not happen I was told the 25th. After the 25th, I was told the 28th. After the 28th I was told March 3rd. Made a purchase on Feb 3rd for a pair of Diamond earrings for a total of $2.7K. Got contacted on the 16th, stating the Diamond was lost in transit. I asked for an equivalent pair, but was told the price is 30% more. When I first made my purchase on the 3rd, there were a good amount of similar diamonds for around the same price or slightly higher or lower. I have had multiple issues with this company. First I ordered my engagement ring and the woman on the phone put the order in and didnt mention the lifetime warranty. When I asked her about it I was told they would have to wait *****hrs to restart the order to be able to add it on. I was told I would be called back the next day @ 5pm for the issue to be fixed. Ordered an engagement ring, they were always prompt with updates, and even when I had a question about paperwork after it was delivered. My fianc was so excited and it honestly looked better than expected. **************** is really good, Im happy and would do business again. These other bad reviews I think speak more to deliver service or potentially other variables.

Do not order from these people. Their customer service has no idea what is going on with your order. Mine was delayed and it took talking to the manager of a manager of the customer service department to get any kind of answer. On top of that their answer was that my order has been delayed "indefinitely" and they had no idea when the problem would be fixed.
