Horrible customer service and processing from start to finish. I brought my ring in to drop off at a location to get a simple halo diamond replaced.. this being only 1 year after receiving it. I waited weeks to hear back, had a phone appointment, was told I was going to have to pay $175 for their lousy ring falling apart after just a year. Finally we agreed it would be free of charge. Summary: Brilliant Earth returned the wrong ring twice after I sent a wedding ring to be resized. Unless rings are engraved, you will *** not receive the same ring you sent in.I scheduled an appointment to have my new spouses wedding ring resized. After waiting about 4 weeks, I received a completely different ring in the mail (right size, wrong style).I spoke with customer service and was told this never happens. I loved my ring at first, until it broke in half and I almost lost my **************. I only had my ring for 1.5 years. Brilliant Earth wouldnt even let me post a real review on their website!Please be careful. You might lose your $5,000 diamond because of their cheaply made settings. I had to have my ring rebuilt at a local jeweler for $1,000 less than 1.5 years after getting engaged. They have deleted my comments on their website and *********

This company had my engagement ring to be resized and shipped it back via ***** with NO NAME ON IT. anyone could have gotten the package, and ***** defaulted to the last tenants name so I had to spend 2 hours on the phone resolving the issue, only to then have to go myself to ***** the next day to get the ring back myself. We have been waiting over 3 days for a call back from a supervisor that they told us would take 24 hours, even after I called to follow up with them yesterday. I purchased a custom engagement ring from them. The ordering process was simple and informative. When I had further questions I called their customer service. They were fantastic in meeting my needs. My subtotal actually fell just shy for one of their free gift promotions. I asked & they included it anyway. I highly reccomend for not only ethical stones but quality product and service! We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The site was easy to navigate. The ring we picked out was delivered earlier than expected and it was perfect. Exactly what we wanted. It was beautiful.Would definitely recommend to anyone.
