Went for a scheduled appointment to look at engagement rings with my girlfriend. The staff were very friendly as soon as we walked in and found ourselves working with Rachel. She was great at walking us through the different styles of rings and explaining the differences in diamond and metal types.
Everything was taken care of so well. Super easy to deal with.
Bee was absolutely amazing! I went to Brilliant Earth with my partner not really to sure what I wanted. Bee showed us many options and was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and so friendly! Overall had an amazing experience with Bee!
Becky did a wonderful job making us feel comfortable and welcome during our first time shopping for engagement rings! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience; Becky went above and beyond to explain general “rules” in the industry. She is amazing at her job. My partner and I were helped by Rachel in your Rittenhouse, Philadelphia shop yesterday. From walking through the showroom door to saying our goodbyes after we purchased our ring, she was very receptive to our thoughts on the design of our engagement ring, and guided us through all characteristics of the diamonds shown to us to where we could understand what we were looking for. Thank you again Rachel for your help and making this process so stress free. It’ll be a happy memory we won’t forget.
