Definitely ask for Lauren Craig! We had an amazing experience building our pieces with her. She meticulously prepared all our appointments and provided valuable ownership/care advice through all purchases (loose stone, engagement setting, 2 wedding bands) and servicing (resize). We also appreciated her responsiveness, honesty, and professionalism. Ended up with beautiful matching pieces we liked, promo items, and Extend plans all within budget. Hard to imagine this process could get any smoother.

our experience at brillant earth was amazing from start to finish! my fiancee and I looked at rings prior to purchasing and Lauren was extremely helpful and accomodating with helping us decide! once I was ready to place my order, she made sure everything was taken care and my ring was perfect. we will definitely be back when it's time to purchase our wedding bands! thanks Lauren and Brillant Earth!

Although I ultimately purchased an engagement ring elsewhere, my girlfriend and I had a great experience viewing rings with BE. Our representative, Lauren, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in all her communications and during our visits to their showroom.

Love brilliant earth especially for its customer service at this location. Mary specifically is clearly incredibly knowledgeable in this space and helped me make sure I shopped for the right ring and size to stack with my band. She is someone who really listens to the customer to help find the right solution and I’m so grateful I was able to get her help. We purchased both my engagement ring and wedding ring here. Lauren C. Was theeeee best! I cannot stress enough how welcoming, kind, patient she was. No pressure, just an encouraging, supportive friend there to guide us through everything. She was equally kind when I had a “wittle” breakout and thought I chipped my engagement ring… I didn’t btw. Highly recommend Brilliant Earth WC and ask for Lauren. 👍
