Had an excellent experience while looking for the perfect engagement ring for a proposal. I walked in the store with a small idea of what I wanted for an engagement ring. I was promptly helped by Zaheer, who diligently helped me in creating the perfect ring. By far the worst experience I have ever had. They are incredibly unprofessional and have zero customer service. I have tried to get two things repaired here. Both very expensive diamond pieces. There was no service, a ton of back and forth, and the process ended up being so complicated I walked away and took my items elsewhere. In one case it was unethical and due to a mistake on their part, could have caused a security issue for me. I will never buy from this company again. It is truly horrible.
