We walked in on our stroll and Madlen Mukarker was amazing at making us feel amazing and comfortable and helped us a lot. We had something in mind about what we want, and she helped us get exactly what we wanted and we left feeling like we had received the perfect ring that we had envisioned. You spent thousands of dollars and get treated badly! I’m extremely disappointed with both the store’s policy and its customer service. My husband bought me a bracelet for my birthday during a promotion that included a complimentary gift.
