My husband custom designed my two wedding bands and engagement ring plus his wedding band. Take it from us, don’t go with brilliant earth like we stupidly did. Their design team told us our replacement ring ‘fits well’ while a naked eye could see how different it was from the one that it was supposed to replace. I went in there on a Wednesday 4:30pm with my mom to look at rings. There were 3 employees available. They looked at my mom and me like we didn’t belong in the store. The girl that worked there said we need an appointment to look at rings ( why do you have to a location than?) than I asked if we can make an appointment as there was still time and she said let me ask my manager who was looking at us from across the room.
