Very pleasant
I had an amazing experience from when I bought my engagement ring the first time visiting the store, Lyss, walked me through the whole process and was so much help. Now a year later back here for my fiancé and I wedding bands and was happy to get Lyss again that was once again such an amazing help and super nice, great customer service would highly recommend anyone to come here.

She was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and asked us questions to help us make the right decision for us. Her patience stood out as this was a big purchase for me and didn’t want to purchase something I didn’t love. At the end of the day we found the right one and couldn’t be happier. Would recommend working with her on your next purchase.
Michele was lovely. She really took the time to know our ring preferences but also gave us insight to make the perfect choice. We were able to find the perfect ring!
