Horrible customer service, rude and they create their own rules, never got call promised from management, called 3 corporate #s to get help, going on 3rd day... Do not use this company they scam with these programs and don't fix their mistakes!!!
I've always had a great experience with BD. My points are always calculated, customer service was easy to reach.

Do not heavily promote a promotion without having the ability to keep your website up and running - so frustrating - jumped on at exactly 7am and tried for 45min - no luck - does not feel great :(
