My fiancé and I just got back from their downtown San Diego store. We just want to say that the experience was AWESOME!! Ariel is the man! You essentially get the customer service of an extremely expensive store with the cheap pricing comparable to online diamond sites. Tell him what you like and he will find you the perfect diamonds without all the pressure to buy more expensive diamonds that you find at other stores! Courtney and I couldn't be more happy with our experience there!
