Just went here for my dental cleaning and received 5 star treatment . Julia and Dr Chen are extremely intelligent, attentive , personable and caring. He examined my teeth first and was very detail oriented, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. Julia was there to help and so informative and friendly .. at the end you even get a nice relaxing facial. Best dental appt ever , and the dentist is also a specialist. I will definitely be back! Dr. Chen and Julia are awesome! One of the best dentist visits I had. I don’t usually enjoy going to a dentist, but Dr. Chen and Julia were extremely welcoming and comforting throughout the visit. They are super detailed and explained everything as they were doing the teeth cleaning. My wife and I both came in at the same time and they treated us like VIPs. We even got to watch Netflix while we waited for each other. The office is super nice and feels more like a spa than a dentist office. We will be back for sure!
What a crazy concept. Having a root canal on New Years Eve at 5PM. Well, that was me. Dealing with a problem tooth for months and having it drilled 3 times over. No disrespect to my prior dentist but what he was doing wasn’t working. Fast forward to my first appointment with Dr Chen. Julia got me in super quick and convenient. Half of my front tooth broke off after an accident and luckily found Julia and Dr Chen. I called in the middle of the night And they fit me into their schedule for the next day! Once I got there Dr. Chen and Julia made me feel comfortable right away. They explained every single step of my root canal and crown procedure. I am sooo THANKFUL I found them. I highly recommend!
